New in v0.2.23

We listened. This build thinks before it touches your session.

A more musical, more careful Co-Producer — now with a live Studio Bot companion that keeps you informed while Logic work is running.

New · Studio Bot Pet Assistant

Follow every automation without leaving Logic

Studio Bot floats beside your session and turns long-running work into clear, glanceable progress. Expand it to see the live step timeline, approve a plan before changes begin, stop a run, or retry a failed step.

Mix prep, rebuilt

It understands the session you already have

Before organizing, Co-Producer audits existing folders and summing stacks, preserves routing, and analyzes ambiguous tracks by their actual content. If a stack mixes several roles, it asks before changing anything.

“Organize this session for mixing.”
Apple Loops

Search, audition, choose — without leaving the conversation

Ask for a loop by feel, instrument, tempo, or key. Preview options, say “next one,” then place your choice in Logic. Alternatives keep the original track for instant A/B comparison.

“Find me a dark house bass loop in A minor.”
Production Engine

One request can become a safe production plan

For multi-goal requests, Co-Producer maps the work, shows you the plan and its decisions, then executes only after you approve it. Tracks are targeted by name, not fragile positions.

“Prep this session and give me a new bassline.”
Reliability

Faster mixer moves and calmer long-running jobs

Volume, pan, and mute moves use a dedicated control channel and are verified in Logic. Commands cancel cleanly, stalled runs are detected, and future builds can be offered automatically in the app.

“Balance the drums, pan the guitars, and mute the guide vocal.”

Install (preview)

Here's what to expect once you're off the waitlist. About a minute end-to-end.

  1. 1

    Download & install

When access opens we'll email you a private download link. A .dmg will save to your Downloads.

Double-click Revocalize Co-Producer v0.2.23.dmg. A window opens showing the Revocalize Co-Producer icon next to an Applications folder shortcut.

Drag Revocalize onto the Applications shortcut. Wait ~5 seconds for the copy to finish, then close the window and eject the DMG from your desktop.

  2. 2

    Launch the app

Open Applications in Finder and double-click Revocalize.

  3. 3

    Approve keychain access

On first launch, macOS will show a keychain prompt asking for your Mac account password. You may see it up to three times in a row — that's normal, each prompt is for a different keychain entry.

Click Always Allow on each one — not just "Allow"

"Always Allow" means you won't be prompted again on future launches. Your sign-in token is stored securely in the macOS keychain.

  4. 4

    Grant Accessibility permission

Revocalize uses macOS Accessibility to drive Logic Pro. Without this, no commands will execute.

    1. On first launch you'll see a banner inside Revocalize: "Accessibility access required". Click Open System Settings.
    2. Return to Revocalize Co-Producer — the banner disappears and the app is ready.
2

First session

Once installed, follow these steps to run your first command.

  1. 1

    Have Logic Pro installed

Revocalize Co-Producer controls Logic Pro — if it's not running, just ask and the assistant will launch it for you.
  2. 2

    Launch Revocalize Co-Producer

First launch asks you to grant permissions, then sign in with your Revocalize account. The onboarding wizard walks you through preferences — then you're done.

Heads up about sign-in: You can sign in two ways — email & password or Continue with Google. Both require an existing Revocalize account on revocalize.ai. If you signed up on the website with Google, use Continue with Google in the app (same Google account). If you signed up with email and password, use those same credentials. The app does not create new Revocalize accounts — sign up at revocalize.ai first if you don't already have one.

Organize your session in one sentence

Co-Producer first audits the structure you already built, then creates a cleaner mix layout without flattening your routing or second-guessing producer intent.

“Hey Revo — organize this session for mixing.”
  • AuditsExisting folders · summing stacks · nested structure
  • IdentifiesDrums · bass · music · vocals · FX, using content when needed
  • PreservesRouting · automation · regions · intentional stacks
🛡️ Safe by default: ambiguous mixed-role stacks pause for your decision, and organization never changes audio, routing, automation, or regions.

How it works & what to know

How it works

Revocalize Co-Producer is a native macOS app that sits alongside Logic Pro. When you type or speak a command:

  1. 1Your text is sent to our AI cloud service, which understands your intent.
  2. 2The AI plans the steps needed (e.g., "create track" → open dialog → select type → set name → click Create).
  3. 3Each step is executed locally on your Mac by controlling Logic Pro's UI through Apple's Accessibility API.
  4. 4No audio, project files, or MIDI data ever leaves your computer — only the text of your commands.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Revocalize Co-Producer free?+
Waitlist members get a generous free monthly quota at launch. Heavier usage will be available via paid tiers — early-access pricing for everyone who joins the waitlist.
Do I need a Revocalize account?+
Yes. Use your existing revocalize.ai account or create one here.
Does it work with GarageBand, Ableton, or FL Studio?+
No. Revocalize Co-Producer currently only supports Apple Logic Pro. Other DAWs may be supported in the future.
Why does it need Accessibility access?+
This is how Revocalize Co-Producer reads Logic Pro's interface and clicks buttons, sets values, and navigates menus. Without it, the app can't interact with Logic Pro at all. This is the same API that screen readers (VoiceOver) use.
Is my music safe?+
Yes. No audio, MIDI, or project files ever leave your computer. Only the text of your commands is sent to our AI service.
How do I report bugs or request features?+
Hover over any message in the chat — yours or the assistant's — and two icons appear on the right: Send Feedback (report an issue about that command) and Request Feature (suggest something you wish worked). Each opens a small inline form and sends the command context to us automatically. For anything else, email support@revocalize.ai.
Can I undo what Revocalize Co-Producer does?+
Yes. Use Logic Pro's standard Cmd+Z undo. Revocalize Co-Producer executes the same UI actions you would manually.
Can I stop a command while it's running?+
Yes. Press ESC on your keyboard or click the stop button in the assistant window. The current command will be cancelled immediately and Logic Pro will be left in its current state.
